How do I shop online?
Just select the item you would like to purchase, choose the colour and size you need and click “add to cart”. If you would like to continue shopping you can select additional items and add them to your cart. Once you have finished shopping click the “checkout” icon. Here you will be asked to enter your details including your billing and shipping information. When you have completed the checkout we will send you an email confirming your order has been received.
How can I pay?
You can pay via secure credit card transaction or via PayPal. Alternately you can pay by direct deposit and send through your receipt of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will endeavour to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of receiving and processing your order. This does, however, depend on the availability of stock. If the item you have ordered is no longer in stock, we will contact you to ask what you would like to do (i.e. choose a different item, wait until the item is in stock or cancel the purchase).
Once your order has been posted we will send you an email notifying you. Shipping usually takes around five (5) to seven (7) business days for the Standard Post option or one (1) to two (2) business days for the Express Post option. International orders vary depending on the country but usually take seven (7) to 10 business days. These shipping times are estimates only. If you have not received your order within these time frames feel free to contact us.
Do the garments shrink?
Just like any other cotton product, our tees and hoods will shrink between 2-5%. Our women’s tees are designed to be worn quite fitted, so if you prefer a looser fitting tee we suggest you order one size larger. Please follow our wash instructions carefully. When deciding on your choice of size, it is a good idea to compare our measurements against those of your own clothes. Lie the garment flat on the floor and compare the measurements to those in our sizing table.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. A shipping fee of AUS$30 applies to each international order.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Yes you can. If you receive your purchase and for any reason are not completely satisfied, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the purchase date.
We will be more than happy to exchange it or give you a refund, as long as the item is still in brand new condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if the item has been washed, stained, or damaged. Shipping costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a defective product, where the damage was not caused by the customer MLB will pay for the shipping. Check out our Returns & Exchanges Policy for further details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order does not arrive in brand new and undamaged condition, please contact us at email@example.com to receive further information on what to do.
Is there an alternative to ordering over the Internet?
We do encourage customers to place their orders using our secure on-line ordering system, however if you do not wish to order over the Internet you can place an order by telephone. Before you call be sure to have your order information ready, including the correct item names and colours and your credit card details. The phone number to call when you are ready is (02) 9977 0093.
Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
If after ordering you wish to change your order or cancel it entirely, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on (02) 9977 0093. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as your order may have already been processed and dispatched. If cancellations or changes are possible, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
